I was just in the bath, reading my monthly self-coaching workbook. One of the exercises this month is to journal about what motivates me. What are my personal values, beliefs, and causes that motivate me to act, no matter what.
This workbook arrived as part of my membership in Melanie J White’s Habitology membership.
Once I’d written my list, I realised I should share it here and hopefully inspire you to do the same. So here goes.
  • The Pursuit of Excellence
  • The desire to experience life in its most pure and honest form – free from my own delusions + the delusions of others (+ society)
  • A strong urge to smash/overcome/remove the obstacles to success + pure, loving happiness
  • Advocacy for responsibility-taking
  • Women’s liberation
  • Freedom
  • Creativity
  • Devotion + Service to others
  • Connection
  • Living in the present moment
  • Being a loving caretaker of the Earth
  • Being ‘A’ Grade
  • Self-love
  • Being cheeky and a bit irreverent
  • Swearing
  • Being myself
  • Leadership
  • Nature
  • Kindness
