I was just in the bath, reading my monthly self-coaching workbook. One of the exercises this month is to journal about what motivates me. What are my personal values, beliefs, and causes that motivate me to act, no matter what.
This workbook arrived as part of my membership in Melanie J White’s Habitology membership.
