Are you running an online course or workshop and want to put a link to it into your navigation?

It won’t be forever – just for now while you’re promoting it actively – maybe it’s a bit of an experiment or you just aren’t ready to make it part of your regular offering yet.

In this blog I’m going to show you how t pop it up and get it off your navigation when you’re done.

Enjoy!

You can watch the video here:

If you’re folding washing or on a walk you can listen to it here:

Or if you like reading, here are the main highlights:

When is this useful?

Sometimes, you will run a workshop as a one off or a retreat day, or a webinar or SOMETHING that you don’t want to be on. your website navigation all the time. You just want it there now.

And you want to start doing bits of your own website, to save time, build. your confidence and to NOT have to call the develoer for everthing.

So this is useful in those cases. You can do it!

How do I do it?

The best way to learn this is by watching the video and working along with me but here are the basic steps if you like:

Be logged in

Go to “Customise”

Go to Menu

Click “Add items”

Choose custom URL

Add the URL and name then click add

Drag it to where you want it to be in your menu. I like the number one spot!

Click publish and have a look!

You may like to edit the text size of your menu.

Easy!

How did you go?

I’m hoping that went ok. But if you watched that and realised you really, really don’t want to be doing this stuff, maybe I can help. Book yourself a free chat with me and we’ll see what the team and I can do to help.

Do want to chat about your website?
